As a research center, CTEC applies advanced analytical approaches to deepen academic, tech, and policymakers' understanding of challenging emergent extremist threats. As an academic institution, CTEC mentors and prepares students to be the next generation of analysts, researchers and practitioners. 

The Centre for the Prevention of Violence of Radicalisation  Leading to Violence (CPRLV) is the first independent non-profit organisation aimed at preventing radicalisation leading to violence and hate-motivated acts by educating, mobilising and supporting the people of Montreal and Quebec in a community-based approach that is deployed in order to take pre-emptive action, oriented towards accessibility for all, in collaboration with partners from all backgrounds and rooted in both scientific and practical expertise.

The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is a bipartisan, non-profit policy research organisation dedicated to advancing practical ideas to address the world’s greatest challenges. CSIS offers projects and publications on patterns in global terrorism and the evolution of CT practices today. 

The Centre for Asymmetric Threats and Terrorist Studies (CATS) is a national center within the Swedish Defence University tasked with developing and disseminating knowledge about asymmetric threats within the context of societal security and resilience. Through research, analysis and training, CATS concentrates on terrorism and intelligence studies, as well as cyber and influence operation.

The Center for Research and Evidence on Security Threats (CREST) brings together expertise in understanding the psychological and social drivers of the threat, the skills and technologies that enable its effective investigation, and the protective security measures that help counter the threat in the first place. CREST offers projects on CVE, Cyber Actors, Disinformation, VE, Radicalisation and Risk Assessment.

The Institute for Security Policy at Kiel University (ISPK) provides research, analysis and commentary on conflicts and strategic issues. ISPK is committed to furthering the security policy discourse in Germany and abroad through focused, interdisciplinary, policy-oriented research. 

The Center for Research on Extremism, C-REX, is a cross-disciplinary center for the study of right-wing extremism, hate crime and political violence. It is a joint collaboration with five of the leading Norwegian institutions on extremism research.

The Centre for Conflict and Peace Studies (CAPS) is an independent research and advocacy centre dedicated to the creation of a sustainable environment that can support peace and stability in Afghanistan. The organisation’s primary goals are (1) to build local capacity and expertise, (2) to facilitate the Afghan government in promoting better governance and state-building measures, and (3) to assist the international community in collaborating and coordinating perspectives on issues affecting Afghanistan.

The Center for Defence and Security Studies (CDSS) aims to advance knowledge, understanding, and debate on defence and security issues in Canada through an active research, teaching, and outreach programme. The CDSS advances knowledge, understanding, and debate on defence and security issues through research, teaching, outreach on terrorism, and more. 

The Center for International Security and Cooperation tackles the most critical security issues in the world today by bringing together leading scholars in the social and natural sciences to collaborate across disciplines and professional backgrounds. Its Middle-East Initiative, European Security Initiative and Mapping of Militant Organisations cover a wide array of CT-related topics through publications and interactable databases.
