The International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research (ICPVTR) is a specialist centre within the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. ICPVTR conducts research, training, and outreach programs aimed at reducing the threat of politically motivated violence and mitigating its effects on the international system. 

The International Centre for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT) is a think-and-do tank based in The Hague, Netherlands. ICCT provides research, policy advice, training and other solutions to support better counter-terrorism policies and practices worldwide and also contributes to the scientific and public debates in the fields of counter-terrorism and countering violent extremism, notably through our publications and events.

The Institute for Security Studies (ISS) works with partners to build knowledge and skills that enable sustainable peace, development and prosperity in Africa. The ISS is Africa’s leading multidisciplinary human security organisation, with a unique operational model that combines research, policy analysis, technical assistance and training. The ISS covers issues of violent extremism and terrorism prevention relating to Africa.

The Institute of Security and Global Affairs (ISGA) focuses on multidisciplinary research and education within the international scientific field of security studies. The Institute analyses and studies issues coherently from their local, transnational, and global impact. ISGA offers expertise in cyber security, terrorism and political violence, intelligence and security, and crisis governance. 

The International Crisis Group is an independent organisation working to prevent wars and shape policies to build a more peaceful world. They engage directly with various conflict actors to seek and share information and encourage intelligent action for peace. Their work informs counter-terrorism experts for policy discussions, highlights opportunities for effective early action, guides media coverage and draws attention to under-reported conflicts and humanitarian emergencies. 

The International Institute for Justice and Rule of Law (IIJ) pursues its mission by designing and delivering tailored capacity-building programmes and activities that help governments and practitioners address – in a practical, effective and collaborative manner – the evolving and multifaceted nature of contemporary terrorism and related transnational crime. The Institute addresses issues of rule of law responses to terrorism and impunity related to terrorism-related offences. 

The Institut Français des Relations Internationales (IFRI) brings together a multi-national team divided into 10 research units with a regional focus. IFRI’s policy-oriented research strives to shed light on international events and put them in perspective. It is primarily useful for political and economic decision-makers as well as academics, opinion leaders, and civil society representatives. IFRI's counter-terrorism research focuses on strategic thinking from a European perspective.

Hedayah is an international organisation dedicated to using its expertise and experiences to counter violent extremism (CVE) through dialogue, communications, capacity-building programs, research and analysis. As a thought leader in the CVE community, Hedayah approaches CVE from various angles, tackling threats of violent extremism on all levels, from supporting governments in developing their national CVE strategies to engaging with actors on the ground.

The Handa Center for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence (CSTPV) is dedicated to the study of the causes, dynamics, characteristics and consequences of terrorism and related forms of political violence. In doing so, it is committed to rigorous, evidence-based, scholarly analysis that is policy-relevant but
independent.
