Sawab Center

The Sawab Center is a think tank dedicated to combating terrorism and extremism that is based on the misuse of religion. The Center tackles extremism through a multi-faceted approach, by studying the underlying drivers and developing research-based strategies to counter it. The Sawab Center publishes research papers, surveys, briefs and reports on extremist organisations such as Daesh, Houthis, Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Institute for Security Policy at Kiel University (ISPK) provides research, analysis and commentary on conflicts and strategic issues. ISPK is committed to furthering the security policy discourse in Germany and abroad through focused, interdisciplinary, policy-oriented research.

Hedayah

Hedayah is an international organisation dedicated to using its expertise and experiences to counter violent extremism (CVE) through dialogue, communications, capacity-building programs, research and analysis. As a thought leader in the CVE community, Hedayah approaches CVE from various angles, tackling threats of violent extremism on all levels, from supporting governments in developing their national CVE strategies to engaging with actors on the ground.

The Soufan Center (TSC) is an independent non-profit organisation offering research, analysis, and strategic dialogue on foreign policy challenges with a particular focus on global security, conflict prevention and resolution, and the rule of law. Institut Français des Relations Internationales

The Institut Français des Relations Internationales (IFRI) brings together a multi-national team divided into 10 research units with a regional focus. IFRI’s policy-oriented research strives to shed light on international events and put them in perspective. IFRI's counter-terrorism research focuses on strategic thinking from a European perspective.
